Primary Studies

The first step in managing any kind of project is to identify the project specifications. We identify the solution to your problems by completing primary studies including financial appraisals as well as feasibility studies to ease your decision-making process. If required we will also visualise our ideas using computer aided drawings (CAD) software programmes, which provides you with an overall detailed project overview.

 

Setting-up Studies

Based on a primary study we use CAD software to visualise every single part of your project in details. This allows you to determine (in conjunction with us if necessary) the type and amount of construction materials required for your project. Based on your requirements we will purchase the necessary construction materials and select the right suppliers to complete the project. Throughout the construction process we will be on-site to ensure that your project is completed in accordance with ISO standards. We also stand by to incorporate any modification if complications occur.

 

The Supervision of the Building Site

We make sure that on-site the project is being realised as planned and in accordance with ISO standards. And remaining on-site allow us to incorporate necessary modifications if complications occur.

Project Start-up

We will be on-site to supervise the start-up. This includes carrying out the necessary inspections, providing immediate technical support and monitoring the start-up process itself.

 

Qualification

We will on a regular basis perform quality control procedures to ensure maximum performance. This includes monitoring the quality and the performance of the construction materials and/or equipment. We will provide you with a complete set of documentation, which contains the type of materials and equipment used, suppliers, and any other relevant information, which allows us to monitor the performance over a longer period of time.

 

Consulting

We provide you with advises and recommendations regarding every step necessary to complete your project. This type of consulting includes individual feasibility and/or financial studies, particular CAD drawings or any other specific project assistance you may require.
